Ferkan Laboratory incorporates pilot plant setup required for a rubber manufacturing as well as necessary testing equipments while manufacturing. With these testing and analysis equipments used during formulation preparation and performing (compression and vulcanization); mechanical, thermal and environmental data can be obtained within the context of international corresponding standards.

Product optimization can be then achieved by obtaining “ideal material parameters” obtained by means of the comparison of analysis data with the material data already embedded in data acquisition hardware.
